BACKGROUND

Benevis provides dental practice management services to over 120+ supported offices across 13 states, serving over 600,000 patients in underserved communities every year.

GOAL

Benevis came to DML with one request: Help us increase our new patient volume. They wanted bookings from new patients — a lot of them.

Strategy

When Benevis came to DML asking how they could generate more bookings from new patients, our team suggested that we aim to drive incremental patient volume by building out new ad campaigns: Ortho and Pediatrics

Additionally, if we were to be successful, we had to be competitive, which meant introducing offers into the advertising (E.g. $0 money down, FREE X-Ray and Exam), by service (E.g. General Dental, Ortho, Implants, etc.)

Finally, the client didn’t have visibility into bookings and revenue resulting from SEM spend. We helpd them match their patient data with SEM data to proved a Cost Per Booking metric.
