BACKGROUND

Brident Dental features 65+ dental clinics in the state of Texas. They came to us with the need to quickly drive more calls and increase the number of bookings. DML was able to scale quickly and increase volume within 30 days by applying learnings from previous campaigns.

GOAL

Brident was looking for ways to quickly increase the number of leads calling into the call center to book appointments in TX. Having had some success with the Western Dental brand in AZ and NV, DML quickly went to work scaling our existing local campaigns and building out a new account for TX. We took our learnings from previous campaigns and applied them here, leading to quick wins in this new market.

Strategy

Using the campaign structure we created for Western Dental, DML was able to scale quickly and build 300 local, offer-specific campaigns targeting new patients searching for a local dentist in TX.

Our approach: Campaign structure should match the business structure and align with operations.

We knew budgets needed to be controlled at the campaign level, as we have different spend & CPA targets for brand vs non-brand; weekday vs weekend; etc. We don’t want to spend the same on a Sunday as a Wednesday; the conversion rates are different and the CPAs are different; staffing at the call center is different; etc.

It’s important to have this control over spend & ROI targets.
