Western Dental & Othodontics is one of the largest DSOs in the nation with over 320 locations in CA, NV and AZ. They came to us with a need to increase their local presence in Google local SERPs. DML was able to deliver on that ask within 120 days.



Western Dental turned to DML looking to increase their overall presence in local search results for individual location pages and Google My business listings. They wanted to appear in Top 3 local listings for non-branded search terms, such as [dentist in] for all of thier locations. Additionally, they wanted to improve the brand’s overall star rating and increase the number of reviews on GMB listings.


DML started work immediately to create an aggressive multi-location SEO program, delivering a thorough audit and in-depth localized keyword research.

Our scope of work focused on optimizing /location/ pages and GMB listings. We implimented technical SEO updates (schema markup, 404 errors, 301 redirects), meta tag re-writes, and URL restructuring.

We held weekly meetings with the client to perform QA. The result was a fairly immediate boost in rankings and non-branded organic traffic.
